Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing page in your account, or email will@thepumpsoftwarecompany.com and we will cancel it. Cancel before the first charge and you pay nothing. A charge that already went through is not automatically refunded — email us if a charge looks wrong. The preview is free and does not need a card. Starting a subscription requires a card.
Do I have to buy a domain?
No. You can launch on a free address at bizwebbuilder.com/s/your-business. That address is included. Connecting a domain you already own, or buying a new one, is optional and can wait until later.
Who hosts the site?
We do. Hosting and updates are part of the subscription. You do not need a separate web host to launch.
How do I reach a person?
