BizWebBuilder is a website-building service for local service businesses. It is operated by The Pump Software Company LLC, California. The person responsible is William Gargan, in Three Rivers, CA.

When you ask for a preview or create an account, we collect:

• Business name, a description of the work, and city or service area
• Your email address, which is required before we build a preview
• A phone number, if you choose to add one
• The website look you pick, and later edits you make to the site
• Whether you checked the optional box to receive marketing email
• Messages you send us by email or by texting the support number

If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status, the amount, and a customer identifier. We do not store your full card number.

On bizwebbuilder.com we record pages viewed, the rough path you took (including a sales referral code if you arrived through one), and basic browser details needed to run the site. The marketing pages load Meta and Google measurement tools so we can tell whether an ad or post led to a preview. Those tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser.

A published customer website may record that someone viewed a page, so the owner can see traffic. That is separate from this marketing-site measurement.

• To build, show, host, and update your website
• To email you the preview link and account messages you need to use the service
• To bill the subscription and handle cancellations
• To answer support email, phone calls, and texts
• To send marketing email only if you checked the optional box. Preview creation does not depend on that box. Email support@bizwebbuilder.com and we will stop marketing email. Preview and billing messages are separate from marketing.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with companies that help us run the service:

• Stripe, to take subscription payments
• Our email provider, to deliver preview and account mail
• Our text-message provider, when you text the support line or we text you back
• Our hosting and database providers, which store accounts and published sites
• Meta and Google, for measurement on the marketing site, as described above

We also share information if the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse. If a sales rep referred you, we tell that rep enough to calculate their commission. We do not give them your card details.

If you text (559) 838-5452, we use that message to help you. Reply STOP to opt out of further texts from us. Reply to a text is not required to use the website.

We keep account, site, and billing records while your account is open and for as long as we need them for taxes, disputes, and fraud prevention. Email support@bizwebbuilder.com if you want a preview or an unused account deleted. We may keep a record of the request and of charges that already happened.

You can cancel a subscription anytime. How that works is on the cancel and refund page. You can ask us what personal information we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@bizwebbuilder.com. California residents can make those requests the same way. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The service is for business owners.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the new date means the updated policy applies.
