Cancel and refunds

Cancel from the billing page in your account. The button opens Stripe's secure page, where you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. You can also email support@bizwebbuilder.com or call (559) 838-5452 and ask us to cancel. A person at The Pump Software Company LLC reads that mailbox.

Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not bill you again after a cancel that lands before the renewal.

The monthly plan is $9.99 a month for the first 6 months, then $29.99 a month. Month 7 is the first month at $29.99, unless you cancel before that renewal. The annual plan is $299 a year and renews at $299. There is no setup fee.

Looking at a preview is free. We do not ask for a card until you choose to launch the site.

We do not offer an automatic money-back guarantee. A charge that has already been made is not refunded just because you cancel later.

If a charge is a mistake — for example you were billed after a cancel that should have stopped the renewal — email support@bizwebbuilder.com with the email on the account and the date of the charge. We will look at it and correct billing errors. Stripe is the payment processor; refunds we approve are sent back through Stripe to the original payment method.

Canceling the subscription does not delete a domain you bought from a registrar. Domain registration fees, when you chose to pay them, are separate from the website subscription. The free bizwebbuilder.com/s/… address stops being the public site when the paid hosting period ends.
