Terms of service

BizWebBuilder builds and hosts a website for a local service business from a short description you provide. The site is meant to bring calls, quotes, and bookings. It is not an online store. Shopping carts, product catalogs, checkout, inventory, and shipping are not included.

You can look at a private preview before you pay. Nothing is published, and no subscription starts, until you choose to launch and complete payment.

As of October 7, 2026, the monthly plan is $9.99 a month for the first 6 months, then $29.99 a month. The annual plan is $299 a year and renews at $299. There is no setup fee. The price you will be charged is shown again before you pay.

We may change prices for new subscriptions. A price change does not rewrite a charge that has already been made. If a renewal price will change, the amount is the one shown in your billing account before that renewal.

Paid plans are subscriptions processed by Stripe. A monthly plan renews each month. After the introductory 6 months, the monthly plan renews at $29.99 a month until you cancel. An annual plan renews each year at the annual price until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your account (it opens Stripe's secure page) or by emailing support@bizwebbuilder.com. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep the site through the period you already paid for, unless we end the account for abuse. We do not promise a money-back window. How charges that already happened are handled is on the cancel and refund page.

Every paid site can launch on a free address at bizwebbuilder.com/s/your-business. That address is included in the subscription. You are not required to buy a domain.

Connecting a domain you already own, or registering a new one, is optional and can wait until after you launch. A domain you buy from a registrar may have its own price. That price is separate from the BizWebBuilder subscription and is shown before you pay it.

You keep ownership of the business name, words, and photos you provide. You give us permission to host, display, and back up that material so we can run the service. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Do not upload someone else's trademark, photos, or private information without permission.

Words the service drafts for your site are a starting point. You should read them before you publish. We do not promise that generated copy is accurate, and it is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, host malware, impersonate another business, or publish content that is fraudulent or that exploits minors. We can suspend or close an account that does those things. If we close an account for abuse, we may stop the site immediately.

While your subscription is active, we host the published site and apply routine updates. We do not promise that the site will be available every minute of every day. If something is down, email support@bizwebbuilder.com or call (559) 838-5452.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a website will produce a certain number of calls, leads, or sales. To the extent the law allows, The Pump Software Company LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits; in those states, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and The Pump Software Company LLC agree that disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep a paid subscription after the update, the new terms apply to the next renewal. The terms you agreed to still cover charges that already happened.
